Within Michelin's Open Innovation department, I design and manage communication actions aimed at embedding open innovation culture within the company.

My role involves several key missions:

Raising awareness and educating internal teams on collaborative innovation approaches

Highlighting projects carried out with the external ecosystem (startups, clusters, laboratories, etc.)

Coordinating and producing content for the internal website dedicated to Open Innovation, designed as a resource, sharing, and networking space

Structuring communication around tools like I-Opener to strengthen teams' autonomy in finding external solutions

Showcasing successes, partners, and inspiring initiatives, in line with the group's sustainable vision

My mission: to give visibility to the ideas and connections that will drive tomorrow's innovation, by creating links between internal talents and external opportunities.

Key mission focused on the launch and promotion of the "Elancia FoodCoach" application, requiring a triple skill set: product design (UI/UX Design), content creation (Graphic Design, Video), and marketing activation (Digital Strategy, Social Media). I was the driving force behind the consistency between the application and its external communication. This mission allowed me to manage the complete lifecycle of a product, from its technical conception to its marketing launch. It demonstrates complete autonomy in managing multidisciplinary projects and the ability to ensure perfect consistency between the final product and its brand image.
