Lecturer within the MSC Strategy and Consulting program at Toulouse Business School.

The objective of the lecture is to train students in the consulting sector and the expectations of the consulting profession (defining the approach, fundamental consulting skills, consulting methodology, workshop and meeting facilitation, ...)

As a Consulting Business Developer, I worked simultaneously in two roles:

1. My role as key account manager gave me a wide range of responsibilities, including managing responses to tenders, drafting commercial proposals, and monitoring ongoing projects.

2. As a Consultant, I was actively involved in the deployment of holacracy within Aneo, while also supporting ongoing projects in the production of deliverables.

This experience allowed me to reconcile my interest in change management with the development of my commercial skills.
