KeysAKO is a solution that simply and effectively solves the problem at the heart of French, European and global current events: how to control online access based on age and nationality while truly preserving anonymity.

▪ Management of a fully remote team of 5 to

10 developers (direct reports), 1 PM, 1 subject matter expert, 1 QA, 1 designer

▪ Technical and product responsibility in tandem with the PM for several

sub-products (brochure, fixed assets, financial statements, ...)

for accounting management software dedicated to accounting firms

▪ Directly reporting to the CTO

▪ Point of contact for external stakeholders (clients, partners,

recruiters)

▪ Implementation of software development best practices to

guarantee the quality, performance, security, and scalability of deliverables

▪ Production monitoring for optimization, scalability, cost, security, and

robustness

Within a team of 5 people (3 developers, 1 CEO, 1 CFO), creation of a mobile aggregation and distribution application to support their favorite creators/influencers.

- Implementation of the global project architecture (ASP .NET Core 3, Xamarin, Azure, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Office 365)

- Responsible for recruiting team members

- Implementation of collaboration processes with a team across France (Office 365, Teams, Live Share)

- Definition of product development objectives (deadline, quality, and cost)

- Definition of the provisional budget for future recruitment needs in the upcoming phases (Alpha, Beta)

- Definition of company values

- Management of various projects (mobile application, website, back office, moderation, ...)
