SKUOAD is a startup specializing in asset management, designed for professionals who need to track and organize their equipment, assets, or tasks. It caters to various sectors such as construction, real estate, logistics, and maintenance. SKUOAD allows for the centralization of all asset-related information: location, status, interventions, documents, history. The goal is to optimize traceability, productivity, and decision-making, whether for a craftsman, an SME, or a multi-site company.

As Lead Developer, my main responsibilities are:

- Development of the web application with Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript

- Use of Supabase for PostgreSQL database and file storage

- Creation of a user interface with React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui

- Structuring the project according to Clean Architecture principles

- Implementation of an invitation system, teams, and advanced permissions

- Continuous deployment via Vercel and environment management

- Use of Server Actions, Server Side Rendering (SSR), and Route Handlers to optimize performance

- Database protection through RLS security

CSI: For over 10 years, Conseil Sécurité Incendie has been ensuring risk prevention, fire safety, and assistance to individuals.

With 350 events secured annually, 1,500 fire extinguishers installed, and over 400 satisfied clients, the company offers comprehensive solutions tailored to each project's needs. The objective of this project is the complete graphical redesign of the existing website, from mockups to SEO optimization.

For this project, I used the React and Next.js frameworks. Tasks completed for this project:

- Audit of the existing site (UX/UI, performance, accessibility)

- Wireframes and mockups (Figma)

- Improvement of user experience (UX) and ergonomics

- Implementation of a responsive and mobile-first architecture

- Integration of new UI components

- Performance optimization (speed, SEO, accessibility)

- Progressive or complete deployment

Hubeecar: Same company as my previous permanent contract. I continued with periodic maintenance of the application (bug fixing, improvements, etc.) following a migration to a Low-Code solution.

My tasks performed:

- Maintenance and development of the existing web application

- Assistance with the transition to a Low-Code project (OutSystems)

- Ensuring the consistency and evolution of the Design System

- Identification and correction of bugs

- Fixing display and compatibility issues (browsers, mobile)

Hubeecar is a startup founded in 2018 in the automotive sector. Its objective is to enable players in the automotive industry to optimize all their vehicle lifecycles. The company has 150 employees and a turnover of €10 million (2024).

I joined the development team of the HubeeConnect SaaS in 2023. I participated in the creation and improvement of the desktop application on the front-end side.

We were organized into a squad of 9 people. My squad consisted of:

- 3 React developers,

- 3 Symfony developers,

- 2 React Native developers,

- 1 Product Owner.

As a React developer, my responsibilities included:

- Development of the desktop application in React and with the Material UI library,

- Writing technical documentation,

- Integrating requests via GraphQL / Apollo Server,

- Bug fixing,

- Performing E2E (end-to-end) tests,

- Migration to a Clean Architecture model,

- Reducing the overall latency of the application.

I contributed to the following developments:

- Graphical redesign of the previous application,

- Integration of a new market with the addition of the transport module

- Mobile application return rate +30% (Fixing synchronization bugs)
