I joined the Node.js & CMS Developer team to participate in the development of the collective's various projects.

We are organized in squads of 5 people, composed of:

- 2 developers

- 1 art director (AD)

- 1 SEO specialist

- 1 copywriter

As a Node.js Developer, my responsibilities included:

- Participating in the development of custom web solutions (Node.js / Nest.js / CMS)

- Mentoring a junior developer

- Providing support and advice

- Client project monitoring

- Coordination with other members of the collective

- Training and documentation of features developed

Technical context: Node.js, Nest.js, Vue.js, WordPress, WooCommerce, Agile methods, Typescript, REST API, CMS, Stripe integration, Brevo integration.

Kazaplan is a cloud-based 3D design software, primarily used for architectural modeling. It allows users to create detailed and customizable plans for rooms, apartments, or entire houses. The software is particularly popular among architects, interior designers, and home builders for visualizing projects in three dimensions. Kazaplan supports various design elements, including multiple floors, roofs, as well as a wide range of furniture and decorative options. Additionally, the software enables the creation of high-definition renderings and 360° views, facilitating the presentation of ideas in a realistic and engaging manner. I joined the technical team as Lead Tech Node.js to participate in the development and optimization of the Kazaplan API integration. We were organized in a squad of 8 people. My squad consisted of:

- 3 Fullstack developers

- 2 Product owners (architects by training)

- 1 QA

- 1 Support

- 1 Domain leader (architect by training)

As Lead Tech Node.js, my responsibilities included:

- Developing features on the API (Nest.Js)

- Developing features on the app (React.js/Next.js)

- Estimating complexity points for various tasks.

- Mentoring a junior developer: pair programming, code reviews, etc.

- Documenting implemented features.

I was co-founder of a startup called Proppl, specializing in HR tech. Proppl offers an innovative solution to monetize professional networks by sharing permanent job offers. Users can thus earn 50% of the commission generated when someone from their network is hired through their promotion of the offer.

We were organized in a squad of 4 people, composed of:

- Full-stack developer

- AD

- CEO

- Marketing

As co-founder, my responsibilities included:

- Developing the API and the various front-end interfaces (candidate and recruiter)

- Initiating the mobile application on React Native before handing it over to an agency

- Coordinating with other members of the founding team (AD, CEO, President)

- Collaborating with occasional service providers on specific missions
