I generally introduce myself by saying I am a humanist, as I find it's the word that best encompasses my team support activities, the development of the Pack Your Skills association, and the courses I teach at universities. It's a way of saying that I am convinced that humans are good and that if everyone were fully aligned with their values, aspirations, and convictions, it would lead to a more virtuous society.

An engineer by training, I balance genuine optimism with a pragmatic spirit. I first worked in sustainable development and responsible purchasing before venturing into entrepreneurship.

I am convinced that a project in which individuals are aligned between who they are and what they do not only fosters a healthy, pleasant, engaged, and effective team but also generates a more virtuous impact. Thus, I support organizations in creating collective dynamics and an environment conducive to this, particularly by working on the project's purpose and the team's values.

In line with the ambition described above, I work on team alignment. My two entry points are often the project's purpose (what drives us) and the team's values (what we embody in our interactions). For me, these are the two essential ingredients for initiating and developing a project or motivating a team. Following up on these two topics, this leads me to the meaning of work and the subject of mission-driven companies for the first, and to ethics for the second.
Values give coherence to the team, purpose gives it direction. A team with a strong purpose but without shared values is a motivated group, but one that may struggle to move forward. A team that shares the same values without a purpose is closer to a group of friends than a team motivated to develop a project.
