As Head of Infrastructure at 42 The Network, I led the technical strategy and infrastructure evolution for the entire 42 network. My main responsibilities included:

- Defining and implementing the infrastructure strategy for all global 42 schools.

- Leading a technical team ensuring the availability and performance of critical services.

- Implementing DevOps and GitOps standards across the organization.

- Overseeing the migration to cloud-native and Kubernetes architectures.

- Establishing automation and continuous improvement processes.

- Collaborating with educational teams to align infrastructure with educational needs.

- Managing relationships with technology vendors and partners.

As a DevOps Engineer at 42 The Network, I contributed to the setup and evolution of a modern infrastructure for the entire 42 school network. My main achievements included:

- Designing and managing the complete migration of the infrastructure from an internal datacenter to professional external hosting: hardware evaluation and purchase, virtualization and storage solutions selection and configuration, network architecture design.

- Designing and deploying a highly available Kubernetes infrastructure on VMware vCenter.

- Implementing IaC (Infrastructure as Code) practices with Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.

- Establishing a robust CI/CD pipeline using GitLab CI and ArgoCD.

- Configuring a comprehensive monitoring system with Prometheus, Grafana, and ECK.

- Automating deployments and operations following GitOps principles.

As an independent technical consultant for 42 The Network, I was tasked with designing a complete remote workspace solution for 42 students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working autonomously, I:

- Developed an integrated solution for remote access to learning environments.

- Implemented an on-premise infrastructure based on VMware vCenter.

- Deployed a HA Kubernetes cluster.

- Set up a complete DevOps environment with GitLab, GitLab-CI, Nexus OSS, and ArgoCD.

- Configured a monitoring system with Prometheus, Grafana, and ECK.

- Developed custom solutions, including a Kubernetes controller and APIs.

- Prioritized the use of open-source tools to maximize flexibility and minimize costs.
