Cross-functional intervention on Radio France's digital ecosystem ("ICI"). I led the evolution of the Design System by creating an accessible and documented library of web and app components. I also led the redesign of the France Bleu website journeys, ensuring visual consistency and improving processes between the Design and Tech teams.

As part of the redesign of the B2B e-commerce platform, I supported the team throughout the entire design cycle: from user research (interviews, user flows) to UI prototyping, including workshop facilitation. I actively contributed to the existing Design System to address the complex specificities of the B2B purchasing journey.

As Design System Lead, I structured and managed a centralized team to create and document a scalable component library. I integrated accessibility standards and established a network of ambassadors to ensure system adoption. In parallel, I worked on redesigning the subscription process and improving design rituals (critiques, UX data).
