During my time at Adelean, I was asked to accelerate the redesign of a React dashboard for configuring search engines based on Elasticsearch. Shortly after joining Noticia, then a very young startup just starting out, I had the opportunity to participate in the complete construction of our solutions from their foundations.

When I arrived, there was no POC or technical architecture in place. We had to create everything quickly to test different approaches, find what would work, and meet the initial needs of clients. The pressure was high because we had to ensure maximum stability so as not to slow down the company's momentum.

During my two years at Noticia, we accomplished a lot:

- I developed 5 products from scratch in ReactJS and NestJS, which became functional solutions used by thousands of merchants.
- I implemented a solid technical architecture capable of managing over 20 million dematerialized tickets while ensuring application scalability.
- I implemented frontend and backend e2e tests, significantly reducing production bugs.
- I optimized application performance: reduced bundle size, accelerated loading times, and improved stability.
- I took charge of code maintenance, fixed critical bugs, and participated in code reviews to ensure a high level of technical quality.
- As the team grew, I also took on a key role in onboarding new developers. I transferred the necessary knowledge about products and architecture to help them become operational quickly.

Together, we went from 0 clients and tickets to several thousand merchants and over 20 million dematerialized tickets.

When I joined the frontend team at Maiia, I had the opportunity to work on an innovative online appointment booking and teleconsultation platform, used by hundreds of thousands of users.
