For a European aircraft manufacturer, in an international and agile team, analyzed processes related to aircraft production and delivery in a SAP PP environment using Celonis: process adherence calculations, factory benchmarks, demonstration of process compliance to the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

- As a Celonis developer in a 2-year agile project, implemented a global Process Mining solution (22 SAP/ReadSoft platforms) with Celonis EMS to secure the Procure-to-Pay process, improve payment times, and harmonize processes across group entities. Key features implemented include: backlog invoice prioritization via a machine learning algorithm, automatic invoice assignment to accountants, duplicate invoice detection, and inter-entity benchmarking dashboards. Result obtained 6 months after go-live: 15-point improvement in on-time supplier payment rate.

- Analyzed Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, and Record-To-Report processes over a fiscal year for approximately one hundred entities as part of the implementation of Global Business Services in a SAP environment using Celonis. Result obtained: identification of group best practices for each process.

- Designed, implemented, and supervised consultants in the context of a project for automatic detection of atypical accounting entries using machine learning with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and Tableau. Result obtained: deployment of the solution during audit and advisory missions for major clients.

- Designed, implemented, and supervised consultants in the context of a project for automating the processing of accounting entries in a SAP environment using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Tableau. Result obtained: reduction of average processing time from 16 hours to 30 minutes per SAP platform. Solution used for 10+ clients
