Main point of contact for clients for Cloud service offerings, responsible for solution adoption during the pre-sales onboarding phase.

Management of pre-sales projects and the entire customer journey until solution renewal, as well as projects related to technical needs and evolutions requested by clients.

Presentation of technical arguments, conducting demonstrations and presentations.

Installation and deployment of Windows and Linux servers.

Maintenance in operational condition and project mode operation for our clients in the mental health sector (ERP Cariatides).

Administration of multiple virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V) and Huawei storage solutions.

Administration of Windows servers (AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, SMTP Relay, GLPI, Remote Desktop Manager, antivirus, etc.).

Creation and management of Exchange servers:

initial deployment,

setup of DAG clusters,

system protection,

business continuity plans (Disaster Recovery).

Development of PowerShell scripts for automating daily tasks, as well as creating and mass importing mailboxes in Exchange.

Management of Microsoft SQL Server databases (including MSSQL 2019): maintenance plans, backups, performance optimization.
