With over 10 years of experience in web development for large groups like Groupe SEB or tech giants like Malt (yes, yes, that Malt where I was _lead developer_ for 6 years), I have written several million lines of code still in production, recruited and mentored dozens of engineers, led numerous teams to success, and helped all my clients achieve their goals.
I have experienced growth from 10 to 400 employees, from €0 to €10M+ in revenue for web companies, and I want to share everything I have learned through my freelance missions.
A true chameleon, I can do development solely as an individual contributor _(back Kotlin/Java, front Vue.js/Typescript or fullstack)_ or as a team lead. I am used to managing very complex developments, from the design phase to run and monitoring, including of course the deployment phase, whether on cloud infrastructure or on a dedicated IS.
My ideal project? Joining an ambitious team to lead the development towards a V1 (or a V2 ;) that rocks!

Maxime intervened within the framework of a project whose challenge was not the easiest, both in terms of the technical complexity and the delicate context.
It is with great professionalism, combined with formidable technical ease, that Maxime was able to provide the most suitable solutions to successfully complete this first phase of the product, while respecting costs/quality/deadlines.
His ultra-positive state of mind, bathed in innate curiosity and a very pragmatic approach, allowed him to bring calm to the project team, starting with me 😉
Finally, a little weekend surprise that makes the real little extras, to start the weekend off on the right foot, the retrospective of the week's activities on video. No fakes with Maxime, only real.
As a good Ironman, Maxime showed us that sprints are not only done on asphalt.
