What I do:I automate manual processes in production companies and medium-sized businesses in the DACH region. Shift handovers, meeting documentation, inventory reports, report generation, supplier communication. Processes that currently take hours will run automatically and error-free afterwards.

What makes me different:I don't automate blindly. Before any implementation, I analyze whether the process is worth automating and whether it functions as it should. A bad process will only hit the wall faster after automation. I bring this insight from over 10 years at Lufthansa Technik, including several years in the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems and the digitalization of workshop processes.
