From 2018 to 2025, I progressed from Consultant to Manager at KEPLER Consulting, supporting industrial, Supply Chain, and Operations departments in their transformation programs. I participated in nearly 30 end-to-end missions in Europe and internationally, playing a central role in structuring, executing, and securing performance trajectories.

My expertise covers the entire Supply Chain and Operations spectrum: operational and logistics flow optimization (e.g., warehousing), inventory reduction, S&OP / MPS planning, productivity improvement (Lean, field performance management routines), and service level enhancement. I also contributed to defining logistics & industrial master plans, CAPEX/OPEX scenarios, industrial cost calculations (PRI), and high-performing target operational organizations in complex, multi-site environments.

I provided strong project management as a senior PMO, mastering Steering Committee/Executive Committee governance, executive reporting, business/IT coordination, and risk management. I also managed and coached internal and client teams, ensuring alignment and consistent delivery.

In parallel, I led Procurement & Design-to-Cost initiatives (costing, sourcing strategies, BOM optimization, sustainable procurement, supplier risks) as well as Innovation / R&D projects (portfolio rationalization, process standardization, Green Sciences).

This experience allowed me to generate measurable impacts: inventory reduction (-20%), service level improvement (+15–30%), productivity increase (+20–30%), reduction in production delays (-30%), several million euros in CAPEX/OPEX synergies, etc. — with a direct contribution to operational performance, supply chain resilience, and industrial competitiveness of organizations.

Within logistics operations, I led several continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and operational ergonomics:

- Redesign of order picking lines,

- Optimization of flows and product assignment,

- Reduction of operator travel and associated costs (replenishments, picking),

- Improvement of workstation ergonomics and operational standards.

These initiatives contributed to increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and improved reliability of logistics processes.
