Over time, this passion has only grown, until it **became obvious**: it was time to fully embrace it. So I made the decision to launch myself 100% into **no-code development**, an approach that allows me to create **high-performance**, **accessible**, and **rapidly deployable digital solutions**.

Since 2018, I have joined the family business specializing in property trading, where I have acquiredsolid expertise in buying, reselling,and rental management of real estate.

This activity has allowed me to develop skills inproject management**, **negotiation**, and **rapid decision-makingin a sector requiring bothreactivityand **strategic vision**. I have learned to analyze opportunities, optimize transactions, and effectively coordinate the different stages of a real estate project.

I continue this activity in parallel with my other passion:web developmentin all its forms.

As head of business development at STEF, I was responsible for a portfolio of 1.7 million euros, which I developed to reach 3 million euros in three years. Managing over 300 clients, I learned to **manage numerous projects simultaneously**, requiring **great rigor**, **efficient organization**, and **optimized prioritization**.

This role also allowed me to strengthen my skills inteamworkandinterdepartmental collaboration**, as the growth of this portfolio was the result of a **collective dynamicand a **shared strategic approach**.
