Digital transformation and IT strategy manager, I have been leading high-stakes missions for the IT departments and general managements of large accounts since 2021 — with full responsibility for teams, deliverables, and client relationships.

12 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms (notably Capgemini Invent and Tasmane), including 5 years as a Manager, have allowed me to lead complex transformations in demanding environments: industry, financial services, energy, public sector. Among my clients: Safran, GEODIS, OPmobility, Ministry of Health, Garance, Primagaz & SHV Energy.

— Definition and management of IT master plans (budgets up to €6M+)

— Enterprise architecture, IT rationalization (ERP, MDM, integrations)

— Scoping of critical programs: IT migrations, IT M&A, architecture redesign

Two differentiating angles:

— Generative AI applied to consulting: initial benchmarks and operational use cases conducted at Capgemini Invent (IT M&A), with active monitoring of opportunities for IT departments.

— Dual engineering/consulting background: graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech and EPF, with field experience in aeronautics and industry (Safran, AGI) before joining consulting. A concrete asset for technically or industrially high-stakes missions.

Available for missions of 3 to 12 months, on-site or hybrid.
