My name is Maxence. I'm a freelance Product Manager with 5+ years of experience building B2B and B2C digital products from zero to one. What sets me apart is that I combine product strategy, roadmapping, and agile delivery with hands-on design and prototyping skills; so I can take a product from discovery through to a working, pixel-perfect result.

I started as the first product hire at an early-stage startup in Switzerland, where I quickly grew into owning the full product development lifecycle: defining problems, prioritising what to build, coordinating with engineering, and shipping. That generalist instinct stuck. I'm most effective when I can move fluidly between strategy, user discovery, stakeholder alignment, and execution and then roll up my sleeves to design and prototype when needed.

Whether you need a PM to define and launch an MVP from scratch, or a senior product person to embed within an established team and drive delivery, I adapt fast. I can own an entire product solo or plug into your existing workflows to bring structure, momentum, and clarity. I'm equally comfortable leading a project from zero and stepping into one already in motion.

AI is expanding what's possible for individuals. Some say designers are becoming PMs, PMs are becoming builders. I think the scope of the role is simply growing: the same person can now own strategy and execution more than ever before. Owned the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a white-label B2B e-commerce platform, leading a team of 10+ engineers, designers, and PMs to ship order, supplier, booking, and review management features.

● Led the company product pivot from a direct B2B product to white label API-first platform, securing our participation in Google and SAP startup Accelerator Program.

● Focused the development of features that would increase adoption and upsell potential, aligning product, engineering, design, and marketing teams on the highest-impact bets.

● Streamlined core booking, order, and procurement journeys, reducing customer churn by 18% .

● Met with strategic customers to identify their pain points and demo high-impact use cases using our API platform.

● Redesigned the platform onboarding around a guided wizard flow, halving the Time to First Value metric.
