Management of an architecture/platform department (~35 people, ~150 applications) focused on the following missions:

- Design of Android and iOS applications;

- Data collection and processing (BigData);

- Customer relationship management (CRM);

- Ensuring service security and quality;

- Architecture and technical facilitation/enablers at the Fortuneo IT scale.

DevOps / SecOps Architect:

- Design and conception of a CI/CD incorporating DevSecOps principles;

- Creation of a deployment workflow through GitOps (Merge-Request);

- Implementation of analysis / "security gate" at build and run (SAST, DAST, IAST);

- Facilitation of FinOps trend monitoring and GreenIT score;

- QoS alerting and dashboarding.

From 2018 to end of 2020: Architect and "agile referent" in a pilot feature-team dedicated to the transformation of the Fortuneo IT system (API, CICD, IaaS & Observability), through a DevOps organization based on Accelerate.

2021: Urbanization and support in modernizing development, DevOps, and SecOps practices to scale the successes of the pilot team.

Missions:

- Switch of banking repository (load tests, A/B testing, feature flag);

- Split of monoliths into API microservices;

- Migration of the IS to a cloud infrastructure (OpenStack, Docker);

- Implementation of a generic CI/CD pipeline allowing to go from development to production while continuously ensuring the quality of releases;

- Automation of tests at several levels (unit, acceptance, integration).

- Automation of qualimetry (SonarQube and code coverage);

- Automation of security tests (pentests, OWASP vulnerabilities, dependencies);

- Facilitation of load tests (K6);

- Implementation of tools facilitating application observability (Grafana, Kibana);

- Work on Resilience Engineering (Chaos Monkey, CQRS).

Scrum master in a team working to expose the IT system in the form of Restful APIs:

- Implementation of the Scrum agile methodology;

- "You build it, you run it" philosophy;

- Redesign of the subscription scope;

- Preparation of the IT system to evolve towards the world of APIs;

- Start of Continuous Integration (CI) to validate release quality;

- POC for migration to a cloud infrastructure (Docker).
