I have been a recruiter for over 10 years.

During my career, I have worked in both recruitment firms and companies, with responsibilities that were both operational and managerial.

I notably held Head of Talent positions at Dolead and Recruitment Director at Vallourec, which allowed me to develop a comprehensive vision of recruitment challenges, from field execution to the definition of Talent Acquisition strategy.

I have experience in various fields/sectors: tech, software, consulting, advanced industries, financial services.

I enjoy being at the heart of recruitment missions as much as working on more strategic issues: team organization, process optimization, employer branding, manager support, and performance monitoring.

Bilingual French-English, I have recruited for various roles (sales, Tech/IT, finance, HR, etc.) in international environments, particularly in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Saudi Arabia.
