Product designer freelance, I intervene in the design structuring of product teams: method, tooling, and system. Both for laying the foundations of a design organization from scratch and for evolving an existing practice.
What I do:
On the system and organization side: creation and deployment of documented Design Systems (Figma, tokens, dev handoff), implementation of DesignOps processes, team rituals, design acculturation, up to the team's complete autonomy.
On the UI production and branding side: high-fidelity interface design, graphic charters, product visual identities. From strategic framing to asset delivery, with an eye on the consistency between the brand and the product experience.
On the product side: UX/UI audit, high-fidelity mockups, actionable recommendations. From needs definition to delivery, in B2B and B2C.
On the AI side: I am now integrating AI directly into design workflows. Assisted generation, automation of repetitive tasks, use of Claude via MCP in Figma, prompt structuring for teams. The goal: to go faster without degrading quality, and to prepare teams for these new ways of working.
