About Maxence

Fast-growing SaaS companies often share the same problem: features pile up, interfaces become confusing, and users stop understanding what they're looking at. Dashboards turn into data walls, onboarding stops converting, and user journeys fragment without anyone taking a step back.

This is the type of product I've been working on as a Product Designer for 4 years.

I restructure the interfaces of SaaS products and web apps to make information readable, actionable, and decision-oriented, whether it's for a redesign of an existing application or the creation of an MVP. My work focuses on high-stakes screens: dashboards and data visualization, onboarding and activation, B2B portals, complex internal tools.

What clients often say in their feedback: dashboards that are understood at first glance, solid design systems that speed up development on the tech side, and product structuring that remains coherent as the team iterates.

My approach is direct. I analyze the existing product, identify priority screens, and deliver clear, coherent interfaces ready for integration. Native Figma: components, variables, auto-layout, interactive prototyping.

Around twenty SaaS products supported. 700+ screens designed or redesigned.

Product Design SaaS - Complete platform redesign and design system structuring
    DIGITAL AND IT
    December 2025 - January 2026 (1 month)
    Paris, France
    Context

Casaneo is a SaaS platform with a large volume of screens and features. The product had grown rapidly, and it showed: heterogeneous interfaces, fragile visual consistency, and design debt slowing down every evolution.

The objective was clear: overhaul the entire interface to establish a solid, consistent foundation capable of lasting over time.

    Intervention

Complete redesign of the product interface with work on visual clarity, information hierarchy, and component harmonization.

Structuring of the main screens and user flows to improve overall product understanding and make interfaces more consistent on a daily basis.

Implementation of a design system foundation with reusable components, structural rules, and a common logic between screens to ensure continuity, clarity, and speed of evolution.

Work on data readability, functional blocks, and key actions to make the product smoother to use and easier to evolve.

Collaboration with the product team to consolidate a visual and functional foundation that is sustainable in the long term.

    Desired product impact

→ Improve overall product readability across a large number of screens
→ Strengthen consistency between interfaces and limit the screen-by-screen assembly effect
→ Facilitate product evolution through a more solid, reusable, and maintainable structure

Product Design SaaS - Structuring an AI-assisted SEO tool
    TECH
    October 2025 - November 2025 (1 month)
    Paris, France
    Context

ChatSEO is an SEO SaaS that operates on a conversational model like ChatGPT, applied to site analysis and SEO optimization.

The challenge with this type of product is to go beyond being a simple AI wrapper. The interface needed to be structured so that the generated responses become real work tools: actionable data, clear actions, results that can be tracked over time, not just a chat spitting out text.

    Intervention

Structuring of the complete onboarding flow: Google connection, 3-step setup questionnaire, and first launch to get the user to their first analysis as quickly as possible.

Design of the chat interface and structuring of SEO response display to make each result readable and actionable directly within the conversation: keywords, volumes, positions, recommendations.

Organization of the sidebar and conversation navigation to allow users to find and track their analyses over time.

Design of pricing pages with a clear hierarchy between offers to facilitate conversion.

Implementation of a design system foundation and reusable UI components to ensure consistency and speed of evolution for the product.

    Desired product impact

→ Better communicate the SaaS value from the first interactions
→ Make SEO data clearer, more actionable, and directly usable
→ Promote activation, adoption, and conversion through a more structured and readable interface

Product Design SaaS - Structuring a B2B portal for clients and service providers
    SOFTWARE PUBLISHING
    October 2025 - November 2025 (1 month)
    Paris, France
    Context

Elevia is a B2B SaaS that centralizes collaboration between agencies, service providers, and clients: projects, deliverables, tasks, files, invoices, and tracking.

Two portals, two uses, one product. The risk is that no one adopts it if the interface isn't immediately clear to both sides. The challenge was to structure a web app where each profile finds its logic from the first connection.

    Intervention

Definition of the overall product architecture and structuring of the platform's main workflows.

Design of the client portal with a clear overview of projects, deliverables to approve, files, invoices, and ongoing requests.

Design of the service provider portal with a more operational organization of projects, tasks, priorities, and deliverables to facilitate execution.

Creation of a home dashboard to provide a synthetic view of collaborations, pending items, and upcoming deadlines, encouraging recurrent product usage.

Structuring of more readable project views: timeline, history, files, comments, and tracking elements, to improve coordination between client and service provider.

Work on information hierarchy and interface clarity to make the product simpler to understand, smoother, and more usable daily.

    Desired product impact

→ Centralize the client/service provider relationship in a single, clear interface
→ Reduce friction in tracking projects, approvals, and exchanges
→ Promote portal adoption and recurrent usage through more structured and readable workflows
