My professional experience has taught me that management is about pragmatism and common sense, with a good dose of diplomacy. These favorably frame intuition when it comes to making a choice.

My career began in large groups, as a financial analyst at XEROX and then a supply chain analyst at STAPLES. I participated in various projects such as SAP integration or the integration of logistics activities during the acquisition of JPG by STAPLES.

Subsequently, I was hired to assist the sole shareholder of a transport group for petroleum products, EBTRANS. This involved applying and supervising strategies issued during board meetings for the German-speaking part of the group.

My responsibilities then evolved to tackle missions for the entire group.

Pooling purchasing needs (IT, trailers, trucks, etc.). Another task covered the implementation of KPIs for an overall view of the health of the group and its subsidiaries. I also supervised litigation in the context of company acquisitions (activation of liability guarantees, etc.).

I then took over a company active in the promotional item market that was in decline and brought it back to profitability.

My main responsibilities were sourcing (negotiating with new suppliers, exploring new regions (Eastern Europe, China, and India). The other part was commercial deployment with major public clients such as ministries, the European Commission, public interest companies through tender procedures.

Today, I have sold my shares and wish to transition into consulting to leverage my experience. I am pragmatic; problem-solving relies on common sense and understanding of objectives, context, and timing.
