C-Logistics is a logistics player offering its services to e-commerce brands to handle their logistics. C-Logistics ships 25 million packages annually, ensuring cutting-edge delivery in 27 European countries with solutions combining speed, flexibility, and environmental respect. Main responsibilities:

- Understand the client's logistical needs and propose a more productive value chain.

- Manage client implementation projects within deadlines and budget. Main activities:

- Create a Business Plan for the contract duration and coordinate all legal aspects.

- Supervise all project managers (IT, logistics, HR, HSE, ...) and ensure proper coordination of the implementation project.

- Anticipate all technical issues.

- Manage client implementation into our processes.

SPI, Société Industrielle de Peinture, is a supplier of painting, sealing, and surface coating solutions for the aeronautical, aerospace, marine, and railway industries. Main responsibilities:

- Operations, supply chain management, sales administration, and production planning.

- I managed a team of 50 people across 2 industrial sites for the aeronautical painting department. Main activities:

- Monitoring all operational aspects, including operational KPIs.

- Developing customer relationships.

- Quality control of outgoing products.

- Site maintenance and HSE (ISO 9100 & NADCAP standards).

- Management of cross-functional teams.
