Hi,

I am a C level executive (COO) with 12+ years of experience in leading IT projects & teams across several countries, in local or remote and distributed team organizations. I am a Scrum certified professional and trained on PMP principles.

Currently I am heading a business unit which has about 130+ projects and 50+ people of various roles such as, project managers, s/w architects, developers, QA, designers, system administrators etc. Project authorization, initiation, monitoring budget & team, forecasting, procurement & vendor management, delivery, conflict management, creating-implementing-monitoring processes, stakeholders management etc. fall under my area of responsibilities, amongst others. I am also in charge of reviewing RFCs, formulate & finalize budget and SOW, maintaining stakeholder relationship etc.

Working closely with the board of directors, monitoring portfolio budget, keeping a track of cost-and-benefit across all projects, communicating with clients & team, providing advanced training, supporting team members whenever needed are few of my policies to successfully deliver project & organisational goals.

Essentially, empowering & building my team or people is something that drives me in my job on a day-to-day basis. I also appreciate the trust that my team put in me allowing me to mentor them.
