Supervise the production processes of (mixing, grinding, extrusion, drying) to ensure compliance with quality standards. Control the raw material, verifying its receipt, storage, and use according to specifications. Management of deviations, validation of parameters, and issuance of technical reports. Compliance with GMP, industrial safety, and health regulations. Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure continuous improvement and regulations. Review waste and propose strategies to reduce losses in the production process. Ensure compliance with quality and food safety regulations in all stages of the process. Train personnel in good manufacturing practices and quality regulations. Industrial sampling and NIR analysis. Handling of laboratory equipment (Mills and scales)

Perform analysis and diagnosis of processes to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of non-compliance. Develop optimization strategies and implement action plans to ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards. Train and develop personnel in good practices, regulations, and methodologies to improve performance.
