For years, we have been supporting Deichmann's employer branding and recruiting efforts with various communication services. We work on a project basis and deliver content in the areas of accompanying and documentary video and photo production, design of (partially HTML5 animated) recruiting ads for Google & Programmatic, design/production of communication materials for job fairs/trade shows, brochures, information materials for new employees, and much more. The collaboration is great, partnership-based, and enjoyable with a scaled team (photographers and videographers from the network).

The goal was to create a distinct brand and, as the first application based on it, to design packaging. The design had to consider multilingualism and the categorization of multiple product lines. Based on initial drafts and a mockup, we were able to convincingly visualize the look and feel of the packaging. In direct dialogue with production, we coordinated the printing process, advised the client on the possibilities of finishing and printing techniques, and made a binding color selection, which was verified through a printout on production paper and additional color-accurate proofs. The artwork and the handover of print-ready data (according to the printer's specifications) were also carried out by us, ensuring a smooth production process.

Social media profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Xing use different formats for company and employee profiles. Based on mockups, we visualized for the client the respective implementation of a consistent profile design to strengthen and support employer branding. Both desktop and smartphone views were presented, which had to work with a single image motif. Dealing with the limited space on smartphones was the biggest challenge.
