Maurice delivered an excellent quality of work on the overall project! He led my team with objectives of improving our e-commerce store and digital strategy in the MENA region. Maurice is a dynamic person, full of resources and multiple talents! A great enthusiast of UX/UI and Service design, he managed to communicate his recommendations to us with incredible pedagogy. The quality of his work and his listening go hand in hand and overall the result is beyond our expectations. He supported us in improving our e-commerce site, taking into account the constraints posed by the technical but also local (Lebanon) environment. An exhaustive audit was carried out on the existing, followed by a roadmap of recommendations as well as UX and UI mockups demonstrating the new integrations. He also assisted our service provider who develops our e-commerce site to integrate these modifications. He also supported our internal team in setting up new digital strategies: web marketing, communication and user acquisition. We highly recommend him!
