BNP-PARIBAS OFS (One Financial System) group Finance platform redesign program, which manages the accounting for a large part of the bank's entities. For an OFS NEO technical solution based on a microservices architecture with a Cloud platform and a Teradata Database, the missions entrusted to me were:

ECE (Espace Client Entreprise) is a common portal for Enterprise clients, networks (Agents or Brokers), and customer service. This application allows consulting information and performing certain actions related to insurance contracts, whether for Health and Provident Funds, retirement, or various risk contracts.

ECAR (Espace Client Affilié Retraite) is a portal similar to Espace Client Entreprise, allowing individuals to consult their retirement contracts.

As a Tech Lead in an Agile context, the main activities are:

Classeur or GED Immo (Electronic Document Management for Immo-Mousquetaires). This is an electronic document management application that facilitates manual and automatic storage and classification of documents from various sources. Each document is associated with metadata used for indexing and thus facilitating document search. Several projects were carried out:

❖ A technical obsolescence project

➢ Java 7 to Java 8

➢ JSF to Angular

➢ Spring to Spring-Boot

➢ Jenkins CI/CD to GitLab-CI

❖ A migration project to the Red Hat OpenShift containerized application platform.

Major Activities:

● Scrum Methodology

● Code Refactoring

● Migration study to OpenShift

● Bug Fixing

● Backend refactoring to Spring-boot and Java 8

● Frontend refactoring to Angular.

● Feature development.
