The project included migration from PrestaShop, a total redesign of the visual identity, logical organization of collections, and optimization of the user experience. I integrated custom variants (size, color), implemented SEO-optimized product pages, and configured several third-party applications to streamline the customer journey and boost conversions.
Particular attention was paid to branding, menu structure, and page hierarchy to ensure consistency, performance, and impact.
