I participated in the creation or development of numerous projects. Always in pivotal roles (Operations, Partnerships, Positioning, Communication), I enjoy coordinating different departments and teams to create positive momentum.

- Communication: visual identity, strategy, brand strategy and positioning, print graphics

- Business Support/Coaching: entrepreneur mentoring, hackathon mentoring, business creation support, conferences (Customer Service & Digital), team management (teams of 3 to 20 people managed), internal tool audits and optimization

Juste Debout is an International Hip-Hop Dance festival. With a 9-month backward planning marked by highlights, the culmination is the first weekend of March, with the grand finale at the AccorHotels Arena (Bercy) gathering between 15,000 and 20,000 people.

• Organization of a world tour (14 countries)

• Management of the pre-festival week: 4 night venues for parties, events, dance marathons

• 3 days of Festival: Maison de la Radio, Concrete, Bercy.

- logistics, team coordination (150 people), partnerships, artist contracts, supplier monitoring

Néfertiti la Foraine is a theater company open to the world: theater, dance, puppetry; it draws its origins from India, Italy, Spain, and many others. I joined during its expansion phase and participated in the development of communication tools, the sale of shows, and establishing contacts with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- communication, administration, distribution, production
