Allow me to introduce myself, Maud Gontier, with a diverse background, including an initial freelance period from 2016 to 2019, followed by five years as an employee, from January 2019 to September 2024, within an SME specializing in training and education. During these years, I acquired in-depth expertise in project management, mastering both strategic and operational aspects, while ensuring process optimization.

Today, back in the world of freelancing, I leverage these skills to support companies in their communication and complex project management needs. My know-how is based in particular on advanced mastery of HubSpot, which I use not only for managing marketing campaigns but also for automating a large number of tasks, thus allowing for considerable time savings and improved productivity. Furthermore, my visual creation skills with Canva enable me to design attractive and impactful materials.

Structured and methodical, I pay particular attention to project organization using Notion, a tool I favor for its ability to make each step clear and orderly. This approach allows me to ensure rigorous follow-up while remaining flexible in the face of unforeseen events.
