Target: Installed base (clients who have already started the Copilote ERP)

Missions carried out for each client managed:

> Analyze the existing situation: Installed functional scope, Multi-company/multi-site mapping, organizational human resources, strategic objectives and priorities, IT infrastructure, version

> Conduct an assessment with client contacts

Referencing expectations, projects to be planned

Taking ownership of issues internally with progress monitoring

> Define an action plan and short/medium-term improvement areas

> Functional specialties

Setting up a demonstration database independently on CMMS and PLM modules

> Communication at different levels of a company based on project impact (General Management, CFO, CIO, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Project Manager...)
