Formerly with Boucheron and Cartier in quality control, I founded MDE in March 2026 to support jewelry manufacturers in structuring their quality. I focus on three complementary areas:

– Structuring quality management systems (ISO 9001 preparation, RJC CoP and CoC certification)

– Product and process quality control (pieces, prototypes, pre-series, workshop control)

– Formalizing critical know-how for growing or generationally transferring manufacturers.

My proprietary 5-foundation method (Reading / Standards / Management / Know-how / Dialogue) allows me to intervene in both long-term transformation missions and short-term diagnostic or spot-check missions.

Profile: 2.5 years of quality control experience in Place Vendôme, Gem-A gemology training, ongoing long-term mission in a European manufacturer preparing for ISO 9001 + RJC.

Available for missions in France and internationally (professional English). Indicative rate, to be adapted according to scope and duration.
