Maud Duchene

President of the Territorial Professional Health Community of Cœur des Bauges since 2021, I lead an organization that unites all health professionals in a territory (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists) and health stakeholders (structures, municipalities, schools, primary schools...). I coordinate public health projects, manage an associative structure, and communicate daily with institutions (Regional Health Agency, Health Insurance Fund), local authorities, and hospitals.

This role has taught me to manage complex projects, persuade very different stakeholders, and translate field needs into concrete actions: skills directly transferable to the digital health sector.

For example, I organized pathways for medication-induced harm, pregnant women, health prevention and promotion for young people, environmental health, mental health, ICOPE and frailty, heart failure, chronic bronchitis...

Freelance nurse since 2011 in Savoie, I provide home care for patients with chronic conditions (oncology, surgery, metabolic diseases) of all ages. I also practice advanced practice nursing consultations and lead patient therapeutic education (PTE) programs to support chronic disease patients in managing their illness daily.

This field experience has given me a deep understanding of patients' real-life experiences, their barriers, their needs, and the reality of home care; a rare and concrete expertise that I now bring to digital health organizations.

Freelance nurse for 10 months in a city practice, I provided routine care at home and in the office for a varied patient base. This first freelance experience allowed me to develop my autonomy and organizational skills.
