I have 20 years of experience in HR, facilitation and coaching, and in all the projects I have undertaken, the development of human talent has been the common thread.

I have worked in the retail, hospitality, and general service sectors. Currently, I specialize in training and coaching management teams and sales experts.

My main areas of specialization are, on the one hand, individual and group coaching, and on the other hand, training on topics related to improving the customer experience, leadership development, and multicultural management. I facilitate Train The Trainer for internal trainer teams, as well as Group Training Certification programs.

Regarding methodology, my workshops are usually interactive, practical, and based on the "learning by doing" methodology so that participants achieve tangible and sustainable results for themselves, their team, and their organization.

I usually work in international contexts, delivering sessions in Spanish, French, and English, and I really enjoy collaborating with multicultural teams.
