About Matthieu

An engineer by training (ESTACA) with a Master's degree in technology innovation (Dauphine / Les Mines Paris), and passionate about entrepreneurship, I have explored different fields to acquire transversal skills.

I worked as a business developer for 5 years until last year in the digital world, first in sports and then in healthcare. In parallel, I developed activities in the world of cooking and pastry after being a semi-finalist in the M6 show "Le Meilleur Pâtissier" in 2017. (CAP pastry in 2019, CAP cooking in 2020 as a private candidate).

In 5 years, alongside my business developer roles, I have led workshops for over 1000 participants in the evenings, organized more than 40 events for companies (pastry and cooking competitions, tastings...), hosted several culinary shows, and advised several companies in the food industry. (Innovation, product development, business models, communication strategy, brand positioning...).

Today, I want to apply these skills in broader fields where my experience, organization, rigor, creativity, and common sense can be major assets :)
