Management of 2 contractors. Development of a rolling vehicle and finalized design of 2 other products in the range. Monthly meetings with SEB to present and defend technical solutions. Initiative stopped due to insufficient profit margins compared to social dumping on this type of product. Technical team's work recognized by both groups.

Design of test machines for research, such as tribometers, emerizers, heavy truck tire crushing machines (< 6T in Z) and aircraft (< 40T in Z)… Modification of vehicle test benches (military vehicles, motorsport vehicles…) In-house and supplier manufacturing supervision. Modification of vehicles using a 3D scanner (design of roll cages, seat slides, supports for instrumentation systems…) Design of aluminum rims or prototype rims for the SNCF Flexy project in partnership with Milla, who is designing the road and rail shuttle. Design of a quick lunar wheel replacement system to meet NASA's tender. Design of a 2-speed automatic gearbox for an innovative electric vehicle. Part dimensioning / Finite element analysis.
