Latest project: I led the complete redesign of the AAEI website, a professional integration association awarded by Erasmus+. Objective: transform a static institutional site into an e-commerce-oriented platform capable of generating quote requests from local missions, vocational high schools, and CSR companies. UX audit, mock-up design, custom front-end development, integration of conversion funnels — all delivered autonomously.
