IT engineer for 26 years at Docaposte (La Poste group), I have spent most of my career in critical production environments: sensitive data, client binary file processing, strong reliability and security requirements. For the past two years, I have specialized in DevOps, with a focus on GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, and Docker.

This background gives me an unusual profile: I am not an infrastructure engineer discovering applications, but a seasoned developer (PHP, C) who has moved to the pipeline side. In practice, I read and understand the code of the applications I industrialize. This changes the quality of the pipelines: they are designed according to the real constraints of the business and the application, not just the tools.

What I offer:

Audit of existing pipelines: identification of weaknesses, slowdowns, non-maintainable points, with actionable recommendations.

Construction of CI/CD chains from scratch: GitLab CI/CD, from project structuring to multi-environment deployments.

Industrialization with Ansible and Docker: deployment automation, containerization, environment standardization.

Context in which I operate daily: about twenty applications, several deployments per day, 5 to 6 environments, security controls integrated into the chain. I therefore operate comfortably in complex and constrained environments.
