I joined Tessan during a difficult period with the mission to change the company's business model by developing a SaaS for telemedicine with connected medical devices.

Responsible for the architecture and deployment of the solution.

I was recommended to Blupods by Lalilo for a 3-month mission to get their product version back on track. The mission evolved, and I had to create a new version from scratch: architecture design, back-end/front-end development, data migration, user support for the new version.

My ability to challenge Gauthier's (CEO of Blupods) ideas led us to a much more developed, complex, and dynamic version, allowing us to meet practically unlimited communication needs: fundraising, communication, collection/updating of parent/child information, school trips, etc.

Today, when Blupods enters a school, it replaces 3 to 5 applications used by the school.

After these 3 months, I was promoted to CTO and hired a team of 5 people to maintain the product.

Techs: ASP Core.Net, MongoDB, AngularX, Javascript, Typescript, Ionic, Cordova HTML/CSS, AWS, Google APIs, Twilio, and many external integrations with SISs (Student Information Systems).

I was hired to create a POC for software capable of integrating with a maximum of sensors: cameras (facial recognition, colorimetry), RFID badges, fire/smoke detectors, traffic control systems (traffic lights), etc. Subsequently, I was responsible for representing them in real situations via 3D software to facilitate their understanding and use.

I successfully completed the POC design and then hired a team of 4 people to maintain the product.

It was a success: we sold the product to the cities of Nice and Casablanca, as well as to Qatar.

We secured a partnership with IBM (Blumix environment).

Techs: ASP.NET, MongoDB, Unity, GoogleAPIs, and many integrations with external SDKs and APIs for the various sensors.
