I joined the squads that provide data for compensation and commercial/financial steering. These scopes needed to evolve to adapt to several urgent transformations or to meet strong business demands.

Product Manager (PM)– Restructuring of the Contract Data and Finance Data production system

I worked on the (teams, processes, deliverables) system for producing data for compensation, sales monitoring, and management control. These areas were facing several difficulties leading to reprocessing and reconciliation work by the business teams.

Actions taken:

✓ Complete overhaul of the product vision for data objects

✓ Team reorganization, squad merger

✓ Implementation of agile best practices, resolution of gaps and redundancies

✓ Management of the creation of the new data ecosystem

Results obtained:

✓ Delivery of a new data ecosystem enriched and compliant with business needs

Business Project Manager– Overhaul of the credit risk concentration calculation system

The credit risk concentration calculation production system had weaknesses in terms of methodology, compliance, tooling, and processes. I championed the need for a complete overhaul and managed the project by coordinating business units, compliance, IT/data experts, and model owners.

Actions taken:

✓ Development of a proposal with the teams

✓ Presentation to the Risk Directorate

✓ Proof of Concept (PoC) execution

Results obtained:

✓ Validation of the new methodology

✓ Creation of a dedicated calculator

Study Lead– Study of the availability, transformation, and use of financial data as components of risk indicators

Financial data feeds various risk uses: modeling, backtesting, etc. The heterogeneity of sources and rules led to reconciliation problems, weakening confidence in the models.

Actions taken:

✓ Inventory of uses and business rules

✓ Audit of the data journey and transformations

✓ Proposals for target rules

Results obtained:

✓ Clear status report

✓ Delivery of a roadmap

PMO– Structuring of the credit validation process transformation program for the Corporate perimeter

I joined the Project Management Office to structure the portfolio of initiatives aimed at accelerating credit validation times (origination and portfolio reviews).

Actions taken:

Results obtained:

✓ Definition of a structured and shared program

Key Contributor– Writing the white paper for the development and use of trustworthy artificial intelligence systems

In anticipation of the 'AI Act', I joined a task force to define best practices for developing and using AI models.

Product Owner– Evolutionary maintenance of RWA, operational risk, and concentration risk calculators

The calculators concern all products subject to credit or counterparty risk for all types of clients. Their evolution is driven by internal steering needs or regulatory obligations (Basel 2 and 3, CRD4, etc.).

Actions taken:

✓ Requirements gathering and formalization (regulatory or internal steering)

✓ Animation and monitoring of development phases

✓ Business qualification

✓ Change management

✓ Steering committee presentations and constant communication with stakeholders

Results obtained:

✓ Delivery of new calculators (concentration risk and net exposure)

Product Owner– RWA benchmarking exercise for the supervisor

In accordance with Article 78 of CRD4, the EBA conducts 'Supervisory benchmarking exercises'. My mission was to contribute to the first exercise of this kind, which introduced new definitions.

Actions taken:

✓ Scoping of objectives, setting up the response matrix for credit risk indicators

✓ Assessment of available data

✓ Monitoring of progress and risks

✓ Acceptance testing

Results obtained:

✓ Reliable feeding of the EBA template within deadlines

AMOA– EBA AQR and stress test exercises

To meet the data needs induced by the Asset Quality Review and stress test exercises, I joined a task force to implement action plans for locating, qualifying, and delivering the requested data.

Actions taken:

✓ Methodological proposals to respond completely and compliantly to the request

✓ Extraction, calculation, qualification of requested indicators
