My mission was to master the entire chain of flows in the digital fashion architecture, by coordinating and improving existing systems and processes to meet the business challenges of tomorrow.

Coordination of digital architecture flows:

- I strategically managed the BUILD and scalable RUN of existing flows, ensuring their harmonious integration with web/mobile front applications.

- I collaborated closely with IT Corporate teams to optimize and evolve the data sources needed for the platforms.

- I closely monitored the migration projects of third-party systems, assessing their impact on the Fashion digital ecosystem.

- In collaboration with the teams, I co-facilitated design workshops for future data flows.

- I piloted the implementation of monitoring solutions, test automation, and data visualization to optimize flows.

Improving the digital architecture:

- I identified areas for improvement in the digital architecture and developed an action plan for the platforms and systems concerned.

- I facilitated workshops and technical committees aimed at the continuous improvement of the application ecosystem in alignment with constantly evolving business challenges.

- I defined and monitored the progress of the roadmap towards the target architecture.

- I ensured the constant updating of data and information on the application mapping of the Fashion digital ecosystem on MEGA.

Operational support on the AEM CMS:

- I occasionally provided backup for the AEM Project Manager (Backstage), supervising offshore developments with a team of 2 FTE Java developers.

- I shared the performance indicators of the Backstage platform with the teams concerned.

- I actively participated in planned technical on-call duties for key events, such as fashion shows and collection launches.

With my experience in innovation and as an entrepreneur, I am fortunate to have been able to evolve in various fields of knowledge and skills. After creating an innovation hub within a bank, I was responsible for the TF1 Innovation Studio. Today, I dedicate myself full-time to the mission I have set for myself: to support my clients by positioning myself as support on project management functions (Product Owner, Project Manager, etc.) to best deliver their expectations.

Project management of the « LAB TF1 »: o Define the technical architecture of innovation projects: - Technical choice, - Manage potential service providers, subcontractors, start-ups and partners, - Manage the team - Depending on the subject, take charge of the development of prototypes, POCs, etc. o Maintain a spirit of innovation and flexibility in the management of subjects (adjustments during the project, pivot…), o Carry out very structured projects to be developed in close connection with the other entities (business units, technical departments…) and « off-site » projects to be developed autonomously, o Staff and supervise the projects of the teams, o Ensure that strong importance is given to UX/Design issues in the creation of innovative products/services in conjunction with technical issues. o Identify, in consultation with the group's businesses and the other entities of the new business department, promising projects, o Support the integration of new technologies, o Budget management of the Lab, o Manage the Innovation Lab team
