Draftsman specialized in individual houses for 13 years, first as an employee and then as a self-employed professional, I strive to provide clients with advice and technical expertise while respecting their budget.

Attentive, meticulous, precise, and patient, these qualities allow me to facilitate the realization of their projects.

I can work as a subcontractor for professionals (architects, builders, project managers, etc.) but also for individuals.

For local projects, I partner with several general building companies that ensure the execution of the works, thus allowing the client to have only one point of contact for the successful completion of the project.

My areas of expertise for new construction, renovation, and extensions are:

- Drawing plans: Sketch and Preliminary Design including visuals (with study of the Local Urban Plan);

- Tender documents (DCE) allowing the client to get an accurate cost estimate for the project;

- Elaboration of administrative authorizations: building permit or prior declaration;

- Execution plans (EXE) allowing for the proper execution of the works.
