Working on organizational or managerial transformation missions, I recently supported the headquarters of a transport company in redefining its positioning with its internal clients (missions, KPIs, business partner relations), or an industrial company in structuring, aligning, and formalizing its strategic plan.
Also involved in the implementation of change projects (deployment phase, training, team support in IT or managerial fields), I recently led the deployment of the new visual identity of an energy player in an agile and collaborative manner (multi-service provider management, real-time automated monitoring).
I implement change management methods and tools: (impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, socio-organizational diagnosis, action plans, appropriation management).
I facilitate groups for production or action-oriented objectives (facilitation of seminars, workshops, and hackathons).
