I have 10 years of experience in Recruitment and Human Resources Consulting:

I evolved as a Manager before fully focusing on recruitment missions (Start Up / SME / Large Accounts). Then I developed the “Talent Recruitment” part as Project Manager at Sublica.fr. The objective was to improve the candidate experience and the use of tools and processes when building the team.
