Matthias Vösgen

I have been supporting companies at the interface between business and IT since 2006 – especially in analyzing complex requirements, structuring projects, and successful implementation in international and regulated environments.

My focus is on Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis, complemented by many years of experience in project management (agile and traditional). In this role, I have led requirements teams in large projects (up to €20 million budget) and managed IT projects up to €8 million.

Clients particularly appreciate my ability to quickly familiarize myself with new technical and organizational contexts and deliver added value from day one. I precisely translate business requirements into actionable concepts and mediate effectively between business departments, IT, and external partners.

I have experience in industries such as automotive, financial services, transport & logistics, aviation/airport, public services, and telecommunications – often in international project and rollout setups.

- Project Management Professional (PMP)

- IREB CPRE Advanced & Foundation Level

- Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I)

Technically, I have a solid background in Java and Python (e.g., for analysis and automation tasks). Methodologically, I work both agile (Scrum) and traditionally (Waterfall).

I am available for individual client appointments worldwide. Regular on-site work is possible for me within Germany.
