Matthias Kletzsch

Matthias Kletzsch is an entrepreneur, consultant, and long-time companion to executives in change processes. After over forty years in leadership positions – in business, in his own companies, and in an international mission society – he now combines entrepreneurial practice, organizational clarity, and human maturity to offer a unique perspective on modern leadership.

He has founded or co-founded more than thirty companies, supports organizations in matters of structure, culture, and personnel development, and helps executives make bold decisions and implement changes responsibly. His projects have included collapses and even bankruptcy. But learning from them is his strength. With his latest book "KI sinnvoll oder nicht?" (AI Sensible or Not?) (Amazon), he also shows how companies can leverage the opportunities of Artificial Intelligence in every area of their value chain – not just as a technical project, but as a logical addition to the workflow. He directly addresses the leadership tasks for a project, with clarity and a good sense for people within the companies.

He is also a confessed Christian and has written several books on the subject for executives. Among them is the book "Blinde Führung" (Blind Leadership), which provides information and tools against the increasing erosion of values in companies and demonstrates that success in business is achieved, and indeed precisely because of, a targeted positive ethics policy.

"Talent Solution" is an innovative, international developer of sustainable personnel concepts based in Munich/Germany and Manila/Philippines.

The shortage of nursing staff was addressed with over 600 relocations, providing a sustainable solution. Numerous hospitals were clients of Talent Solution. In the course of the pandemic, the company had to be dissolved in 2024.
