Hemadialyse is a recognized high-performing software on the market for improving the medical monitoring of a patient throughout their therapeutic and geographical journey, whether they are dialyzed, transplanted, or transplantable.

Associated with Hemaweb, it offers effective medical monitoring through its quality, consistency, and equipment.

The project aimed to rethink the hemodialysis management software used by medical teams in a hospital environment. The first version of the software, although functional, had limitations in terms of ergonomics, clarity of information, and daily ease of use.

My goal: to improve the user experience for healthcare professionals, optimize navigation, and enhance security in entering and consulting medical data. All while respecting the technical constraints related to the implementation technology used (4D).

Mely.ai revolutionizes document processing and automation through artificial intelligence. Specially designed for high-volume sectors such as transport and logistics, Mely.ai guarantees data extraction with 99% accuracy and superior quality structuring at over 95%, all in just 15 seconds per page. Flexible and autonomous, it adapts to all types of documents, formats, and languages, without requiring training.

As Lead Designer, I:

Defined the product vision and design system of the platform, in close collaboration with the product and tech teams.

Carried out a complete redesign of the user interface, simplifying complex workflows related to document management and data extraction.

Implemented a scalable design system, ensuring visual consistency and rapid iteration for future features.

Led user research and prototype testing to validate user journeys and improve product understanding.

Supervised UX/UI processes and supported teams in user-centered decision-making.

The result: a smoother experience, more intuitive onboarding, and increased adoption of the platform by users.

At Centech, the largest technology startup incubator in North America, I supported more than 10 startups in the design and development of their digital products (web, mobile, and SaaS applications).

As a Product Designer, I:

Collaborated directly with founders and product teams to transform their ideas into concrete and viable solutions.

Conducted user research, co-creation workshops, and defined clear and effective user journeys.

Designed UI interfaces and interactive prototypes, ensuring visual consistency and ease of use.

Implemented iterative design processes to quickly test, adjust, and validate product hypotheses.

Worked in close synergy with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of deliverables.
