10 years of operational management before going freelance. At Welcome at Work, I managed major accounts (AXA, Allianz, La Française, Caisse des Dépôts) and increased the revenue of my division by 23%, by supervising managers who were themselves managing their teams.

At Des Petits Hauts, as co-manager, I developed an entrepreneurial mindset and a true P&L focus: stocks, cash flow, recruitment, monthly KPI monitoring on €700K annual revenue.

What I most often see in growing SMEs:

no clear management rituals, no tracked objectives, onboarding that relies on one person's memory, Excel reporting that takes three days to produce each month.

What I do:

- Organizational diagnosis and process structuring

- Implementation of objectives and management rituals (1:1s, OKRs, steering committees)

- Recruitment, onboarding, and skill development for managers

- Performance management: KPIs, reporting, dashboards

Bonus: I can code. During a project, if a dashboard, CRM, or tracking tool is missing, I build it myself instead of referring you to an external provider. For example, I built a real-time revenue tracking dashboard for a Parisian boutique, with integrated history and seasonality.

How I work:

Initial discussion to understand the actual organization

Diagnosis, action plan with deadlines, and one or two success indicators that we track together. Each project ends with something operational: a written process, a ritual in place, a tool that works.
