IT Director & Founder of the Etikid project

I designed, developed, and single-handedly managed the Etikid project, a digital solution designed to meet concrete needs around organization, management, and user experience in its field of activity.

As IT Director, I oversaw the entire project lifecycle: from the initial idea to functional design, including technical architecture, development, tool implementation, data management, security, testing, and continuous improvement.

This project allowed me to manage both the product vision, technological choices, and operational implementation, with an approach focused on performance, reliability, and scalability. I also structured the IT processes necessary for the platform's smooth operation, while ensuring a clear, efficient, and user-friendly solution.
